Estos términos regulan el uso de BeesLLM Studio. Al crear una cuenta o usar el servicio aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la plataforma.

1. El servicio

BeesLLM Studio te permite crear videos con asistencia de inteligencia artificial. A partir de un tema, la plataforma puede investigar, redactar un guion, generar imágenes y voz en off, añadir música y ensamblar un video final. También ofrece funciones opcionales como intro y outro con tu marca, voz clonada y publicación en YouTube.

2. Cuentas

Debes proporcionar información veraz y mantener tu contraseña segura. Eres responsable de la actividad que ocurra en tu cuenta. Debes tener al menos 16 años para usar el servicio.

3. Créditos y pagos

El uso de la plataforma se paga con créditos, que compras por adelantado a través de Stripe.
El costo de cada video se calcula según las opciones que elijas y se muestra antes de confirmar.
Los precios y los paquetes pueden cambiar. El precio aplicable es el mostrado en el momento de la compra.
Los créditos no caducan mientras tu cuenta esté activa.
Una vez acreditados, los créditos no son reembolsables, salvo cuando la ley aplicable lo exija.

4. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar el servicio para:

Crear contenido ilegal, difamatorio, que incite al odio o que infrinja derechos de terceros.
Suplantar a personas o engañar de forma dañina, incluyendo material falso diseñado para perjudicar.
Clonar la voz o usar la imagen de otra persona sin su permiso.
Vulnerar la seguridad del servicio o de otros usuarios.

Cuando publicas en YouTube, también debes cumplir los términos de YouTube y de Google.

5. Tu contenido y propiedad

Conservas la titularidad del contenido que creas con la plataforma, dentro de lo permitido por la ley. Nos concedes una licencia limitada para alojar, procesar y mostrar ese contenido con el único fin de prestarte el servicio. Eres responsable de los textos, archivos y materiales que aportas y de tener los derechos necesarios sobre ellos.

6. Contenido generado por IA

Los resultados se generan de forma automática y pueden contener errores o imprecisiones. Debes revisarlos antes de publicarlos o difundirlos. No garantizamos que un resultado sea único ni que esté libre de semejanzas con otros contenidos.

7. Servicios de terceros

El servicio se apoya en proveedores externos como Stripe (pagos), OpenAI (generación) y Google y YouTube (publicación opcional). El uso de esas funciones también se rige por los términos de dichos proveedores.

8. Disponibilidad

El servicio se ofrece tal cual y según disponibilidad. Podemos modificar, suspender o interrumpir funciones en cualquier momento. Procuramos mantener la continuidad, pero no garantizamos un funcionamiento ininterrumpido.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al importe que hayas pagado en los tres meses previos al hecho que origine la reclamación.

10. Indemnización

Aceptas mantenernos libres de reclamaciones derivadas de tu uso del servicio o del incumplimiento de estos términos.

11. Terminación

Puedes cerrar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos términos o que representen un riesgo para el servicio o para terceros.

12. Cambios en los términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página. El uso continuado del servicio implica la aceptación de los cambios.

13. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del país donde está establecido el operador del servicio, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te correspondan como consumidor en tu lugar de residencia.

These terms govern the use of BeesLLM Studio. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The service

BeesLLM Studio lets you create videos with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Starting from a topic, the platform can research it, write a script, generate images and voiceover, add music and assemble a final video. It also offers optional features such as branded intro and outro, voice cloning and publishing to YouTube.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for the activity that happens in your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Credits and payments

Use of the platform is paid with credits, which you buy in advance through Stripe.
The cost of each video is calculated from the options you choose and is shown before you confirm.
Prices and packs may change. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of purchase.
Credits do not expire while your account is active.
Once added, credits are non-refundable, except where the applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Create content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
Impersonate people or deceive in a harmful way, including fake material designed to cause harm.
Clone the voice or use the likeness of another person without their permission.
Compromise the security of the service or of other users.

When you publish to YouTube, you must also comply with the YouTube and Google terms.

5. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content you create with the platform, to the extent allowed by law. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for the text, files and materials you provide and for holding the necessary rights to them.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review them before publishing or distributing them. We do not guarantee that an output is unique or free from similarity to other content.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on external providers such as Stripe (payments), OpenAI (generation) and Google and YouTube (optional publishing). Use of those features is also governed by the terms of those providers.

8. Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim for continuity, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that pose a risk to the service or to others.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will post the current version on this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of the service is established, without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer in your place of residence.
